Course and Course Variance

This advisory-specific component of a legend file contains the course, between 0 and 360 degrees, which defines the center of the valid course range for the advisory. The course variance delineates the course deviations from the defined course (within which the advisory is valid). The course and course variance values for a map legend should be set to -1 to insure that the legend will not be interpreted as an advisory's legend.
