Reopen Closed Advisory

The Reopen Closed Advisory command causes RASTRAC to re-enable an advisory (which still qualifies against at least one vehicle) which you previously closed (via double-click to the advisory window's system menu).

Note: The "Reopen Closed Advisory" function is the only immediate way to reopen an active advisory after you have closed it.
