Vehicle Settings Display

Enter the Vehicle Alias ('nickname') for this vehicle. The nickname of the vehicle you
wish to present to the user (e.g. MARY for UNIT01, JORGE for K001005, or TAXI_2389 for 101000345627).
Select an icon from the drop down list that you would like displayed on the map for this vehicle.
Erase the icon name (delete text listed for the icon) if you would like to use the default icon selected
in the Tools... Options... System... (Default Vehicle Icon).
The name of a .bmp image file that you wish to use for the icon for that vehicle (e.g. truck.bmp).
Most .bmp icons can be used on any map (except Layered maps). Layered maps can only display the .bmp files
that were delivered with the software (blue.bmp, red.bmp, yellow.bmp, etc...).
Click the Select Color... button to select a color to be used to draw the track
history on the map for this vehicle. Click the Reset Color button if you would like to
use the default color selected in the
Tools... Options... System... (Default Vehicle Track Color).
Select an Attribute from the list that you want associated with this vehicle. An attribute is used
to reference a group of vehicles that share similar characteristics (e.g. supervisors, motorcycles, buses,
pickups...). Attributes allow actions to be performed on more than one vehicle
at a time (advisory for multiple vehicles, show/hide vehicles on map display). One or more attributes
must be selected if you want this vehicle to belong to a group of vehicles with similar characteristics.
The list on the left contains all currently defined attributes. You can create attributes on the main
Device ID tab. Attributes in the right list have already been assigned to this vehicle.
To add a selection, double-click on an item in the 'Available Attributes' list to add it to the 'Selected Attributes' list.
To delete a selection, double-click on the 'Selected Attributes' list and the entry will be removed.
The ‘Apply’ button will apply all settings on this page to the selected vehicles. If a single defined vehicle is selected then
the Apply button is disabled and all settings on this page will automatically be saved.
