Online Help can be accessed in several different ways. Select “Help” from the Rastrac web server to enter any help file. From there you are able to explore any topic to receive more information.

Our Online Technical Support Ticket System has been designed to be easy to use. Each update to your ticket will generate an e-mail to you so that you can be kept informed of all progress on your issue.
